I will share to you the things you need to have in order to make your business go with the flow. Whether you are just starting or you have been Network Marketing for quite awhile now.
And here they are:
1. Know your deepest WHY – This is your foundation and yet the most important thing that you have. You will start your business with your why and you must know why do you want to be in a Network Marketing business and why do you want to be successful. The deeper your why, the more motivation you have.
But first your Goals must be Realistic and Reachable.
My deepest why is my parents. They are the one motivating me to be successful, in return i will share to them my success. I will give them financial freedom, so we can spend a lot of things and enjoy life like never before. How about your dream? Do you want to have a house? A car? Or do you want have your own TIME FREEDOM?
2. Set your GOALS – Now this is what you want. This is the reason why you are doing the MLM business. There are two types of Goal settings: First is the Short term Goal. And second is the Long term Goal. The short term Goal is what you want to achieve and can be reached in a short period of time. Like for example, you want to share your great Business opportunity to 3-5 persons everyday While the long term goal is your main goal. Like Cars, houses, apartments etc… Always achieve your Short term Goals first, because those short term Goals are your way to reach the Long terms Goals that you are all be willing to have. The secret is just to believe in yourself that you can achieve anything that you want.
3. Make a to-do list – You will never know and you will never get your Goals if you don’t know what to do and how to do it. Every time you have a Goal and you are really willing to reach for it, plan for getting it. Every thing needs to have the right plan to get the right thing. A little tip: Before going to bed, list out some plans that you might want to get done on the next day, and also include the time you want to do for each task. This will serve as your guide throughout the entire day.
4. Expect REJECTIONS – No’s are a part of our Business, you have to understand that there are REJECTIONS and DISCOURAGEMENTS out there. Since those are included in the MLM industry, don’t take them personally and don’t let them affect you emotionally. Discouragements and rejections should be lessons for you that you need to improve yourself more so you can be a stronger Networker. Rejections are everywhere, you should know that even though you are not yet in the MLM industry. One of the reasons why other Networkers burnout very easily is because they let rejections affect them so bad. (Business + Emotion = Disaster!) Just remember that the more NO’s you have, the closer you get to have a YES!
5. Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE – Never be affected by those negative people surrounding you. Always be with positive people, to have positive aura, and to be more of a positive thinker. Don’t listen to people who discourage you, people who want you to stop. Remember, you will never achieve anything if you listen to negative thinkers. They are dream stealers, you must achieve your Dreams and Goals because you wanted to. They can never give you your dreams, so just keep in touch with positive people and what you are doing. Success comes to those people who think positive, do positive, work positive and share positive aura.
You can also read books about people’s success. I’ve read success stories of rich people, they inspired me because of their positive attitude. You will observe that every time they have a mistake, they will do anything just to make their mistake right.
“It’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you stand up every time you fall”6. Never stop learning – Knowledge is power. Education is unlimited, do you agree? Not because you already graduated in college, education has already stopped. Education and learning is every where. Every time you learn something new, you gain new knowledge You must understand that continuous learning is really important, you need to continuously feed yourself with new ideas and new knowledge. In that way, you can make yourself growing mentally, and also your Business is growing.
Even this old man is still reading books. Because when you stop educating yourself, there is no mental growth. Even successful people are still learning new skill, creating new ideas, applying those, mastering them, and when they already mastered their new skill, they learn new ones. That is one of the main reasons why people are getting successful. This is my tip for you guys, be very curious! Curiosity is one of the building blocks of learning. You can also talk to other Networkers, ask questions, share ideas with them, and learn their way in building their network.7. Talk to a lot of people – Since you are in your own MLM business, share your business opportunity to a lot of people and sponsor them into your business. I would like to encourage people to talk to as many people they can/want. What i do is i make more friends, i build a relationship with them, and most importantly, build trust and welcoming them to my warm market. The important think in your Business is to build trust and relationship with your business partners. Without those, you will not be able to make them to follow you. A leader has many followers, but a true leader is not how many followers they have, it’s how many leaders they build.“Education is now how much you have committed to memory or how much you know,it is being able to differentiate between what you know, and what you don’t.”
