Alphabets. So many meanings, pagdating sa Network Marketing.

Hindi lang pala sa communication natin magagamit tong mga to, kasi bawat letter pala nito ay may mga defenition na dapat nating i-apply sa Business natin. Bakit importanteng i-apply natin tong mga meaning nito sa Business?

Because these meanings are your guide if you are new to Network Marketing, kahit matagal mo nang ginagawa tong business na to, guide mo pa din dapat to.

Even though these are just the basics, basics are still important. There are no intense training without the basic training. Lahat ng bagay pag wala yung basics nila, hindi sila mabubuo. That is how much important basics are.

A (Attitude)the-iceberg

- The most important thing of all. Without the right attitude, your business will go BOOM! (Bagsak). As you all know, the Network Marketing business is composed of 95% attitude and  5% skills/knowledge. How is that? Your attitude is your foundation. If you fail to fix your own attitude, you fail to gain the right skills and knowledge.

Ang skills kasi, it can be developed. Ang attitude, dapat i-build. Kapag yung attitude mo ay positive, sa kahit anong bagay that you will encounter, you can adopt it. You have to be humble, kasi pag humble ka, pupuriin ka ng mga ka-group mo, ng mga prospects mo, at lalong lalo na, madaling makipag friends kapag humble ka. Pero wag yung humble na PLASTIC lang. Dapat totoong humble ka, develop your humbleness.

Scenario 1: New company, wrong leaders.

I’ve heard about this new company, (I won’t mention it’s name) maganda yung benefits, yung products, yung marketing plan (In short lahat maganda) pero there is one problem…

Yung mga leaders na naandoon, pangit ang attitude.

Nagsama sama yung mga leaders na yun. In a short period of time hindi nagtagal yung company. Wala halos sumali, ayun nagsara. (Kawawang owners).

Scenario 2: Had a big group, sumablay bigla sa Attitude.

Ito ang nakakapang hinayang. Malaki na nga ang grupo mo, nawala pa. There was this one upline, magaling siya magexplain, mag talk, sumusupport siya sa group niya by giving them trainings.

The thing is, medyo mahangin. Pag nagkaka cheque siya, pinagmamayabang niya. Mostly hindi niya kayang i-manage yung pera kasi after 1 week of receiving his cheque, ginagastos niya kaagad. Nililibre sila downline (Tuwang tuwa naman sila downline),

But the time came na naubos na pera niya, hindi na siya makapag invite kasi walang pang mobility, may ibang nainis sa attitude niya kasi pinipilit niya yung ibang downline niya na gumalaw. Puro pangako, pero napapako. Ayun, yung 200+ downlines niya halos 10 na lang ang gumagalaw.

 

Maybe some attitudes are good at the beginning. But just think about the ending, it’s better if you think more advance because maybe in the long run your actions are not really that beneficial. Sabi nga ng mga totoong leaders, pipiliin namin ang company na mas maganda pag tumagal. One wrong move from the past, can change many things in the future.

B (Belief)

belief

- Isa sa mga reason kung bakit hindi masyadong gumagalaw. Sumali ka nga sa company mo, pero may doubt ka pa kung mangyayari nga sa iyo yung potential income nila. Let me tell you, ang “potential income” na tinutukoy ng company ay nangyayari lang sa mga malaki ang belief sa company at yun yung mga nag iinvite ng todo todo. If they have a doubt will they experience the potential income? NO. You joined the company kasi mataas ang kitaan, alam mong nangyayari nga, alam mong legel nga yung company. Pero bakit may doubt ka pa? Every Networker MUST i mean MUST have belief in their company, their sponsors, the products and most importantly, they must have belief in THEIRSELVES.

Scenario 1: Si Upline at si Downline naguusap.

Downline: Upline! Laki ng potential income natin no? Ang gaganda pa ng benefits.

Upline: Oo nga eh. Buti na lang dito ka sumali. Ang swerte natin.

Downline: Buti nga upline. Eh upline, naniniwala ka ba sa company natin?

Upline: Ewan ko nga eh, nagdududa ako. Ang taas ng potential income tapos yung products natin kakaiba. Hindi kaya fake to?

Downline: Siguro nga upline. Tingin mo?

Upline: Hintayin na lang natin sila na umabot sa potential income. Saka tayo gumalaw. hehe…

 

Dinamay pa si downline, new blood pa lang naman yun, walang kaalam alam sa Network Marketing. If you want your business partners to believe in you, the company, and the products, you must be the first one who believes. Be a good example.

 

C (Commitment)commitment

- The act of assigning oneself to a happening, occasion or chores. Everyone in the Network Marketing industry is assigned to sell. Not necessarily sell the products but to sell yourself and the Business. Selling yourself by which your invites will join because of you.

Let me ask you these:

1. Why did you joined the Business?

2. Why are you complaining that you are not getting rich in Network Marketing?

Now let me tell you these:

1. If you joined the business because you want the income, then do whatever it takes to get the income you want in your company. It’s a matter of commitment.

2. You’re complaining because you are not inviting people to join your business. Like a said, network marketing is a sponsoring business. Without invites, no income.

Sa Business kasi na ito, bawal yung “Ayokong mag invite at ayoko ding magbenta” how you do expect na magkakaroon ka ng income sa company mo?

If Robert Kiyosaki, Bill Gates, Lucio Tan and all the other rich men in the world did not committed their selves in their business, sa tingin mo yayaman sila? Ganun din sa Business natin, bonus na yung income na galing sa company at yung cheap investment. Ang role mo ngayon, mag sponsor ng mga interested mag Business.

This is my one advice to all of the Networkers, make your Business as your “Passion”.

 

D (Discouragement) discouragement

Discouragement – It DRAGS you down to failure.

- One of the reason why most Networkers tend to quit rather than continuing the Business. Most Networkers can’t handle too much discouragement. Dapat mong maintindihan na madami talagang discouragement ang dumadating sa buhay natin, hindi niyo lang napapansin. Pero ito lang ang masasabi ko, kung laging kang nadidiscourage, edi hindi mo na matutuloy ang mga pangarap mo.

Diba kaya ka sumali sa Network Marketing ay dahil gusto mong matupad ang mga pangarap mo? Pero bakit konting “Ayaw ko niyan” at “Scam yan!” lang, quit ka na kaagad?

Don’t mind those people, the reason why they tell those is because they lack of knowledge about this kind of opportunity. You saw the opportunity, continue to what you are doing. Pag tuloy tuloy ka lang, hindi mo mapapansin na maganda na pala ang progress mo.

I’ll give you some examples of discouragement:

Example 1: Nagpapara ka ng jeep, walang tumigil. Pero anong ginawa mo? Nakatayo ka pa din para lang may pumara sa inyo na isang jeep.

Ganyan din dapat sa Network Marketing, continue mo lang ang ginagawa mo kahit iniignore ka lang. Or, gawa ka ng idea na mapapansin ka nila. (Wag lang yung nakakahiya).

Example 2: Nainlove ka sa isang babae, you attempted na mangligaw ka sa kanya. Nabusted ka. (Ouch).

Pero nung nainlove ka ulit, nagattempt ka na mangligaw sa panibagong babae nanaman. Sa network Marketing naman, may ininvite ka, hindi niya gusto. Pero gusto mong maabot pangarap mo kaya naginvite ka uli. Invite lang ng invite hanggang sa may sumali.

 

E (Excitement Level)excitement level

- Bakit kaya yung ibang Networker walang energy/tinatamad gumalaw? Minsan lang sila mag invite? Or kadalasan, yung ininvite nila ang walang energy/tinatamad sumali. It’s the science of cause and effect. Kapag tinatamad ka, tinatamad din yung invite mo.


Dapat sa iyo mismo, makikita mo sa sarili mo yung excitement level pag dating sa Business na to. Para yung mga invites mo matutuwa din sa iyo at ang tendency na maging excited din sila ay mataas. Tulad nung pag explain sa iyo ng Company niyo, nakita mo yung products, benefits and marketing plan. Sobrang natutuwa ka kasi ang ganda ng marketing plan nila. Excited kang sumali. Ayan, nagiipon ka na ng todo. Pero bakit nung nakasali na, minsanan lang kung mag invite?

Let me get this straight. Network Marketing should be enjoyable. Enjoy on what you are doing. Excitement level can make you enjoy Network Marketing, that’s true. Taasan mo dapat ang excitement level mo para mataas din ang chance na may mapasali ka.

I remember last time, i invited someone to join my business. I did not explained the company to that person, i only did this:

Tara! Sali ka sa business company namin! Ang ganda dito! Promise! :D matutuwa ka! Tingnan mo, tuwang tuwa ako! Dali dapat kasali ka din!“

Days later… That person joined and that was the time i explained the company. His excitement level was doubled than before. But don’t hype them, tell them that business is more than just fun. It’s more on effort.

 

focus

F (Focus)

- Importanteng mag focus ka lang muna sa Business mo. Hindi necessary na madami ka dapat  business. Kasi pag madami kang business, madami ka ding iniisip. Maguguluhan ka lang.

Yung mga successful ngayon sa Business na ito, yun yung mga nag focus lang sa kanilang ginagawa. Yun ay ang mag invite at mag training.

Stay in one company. Once na nasimulan mo na sa company na iyon, dapat doon mo na din tapusin. Magiging iba kasi ang tingin sa iyo ng mga tao kung nakikita at iniinvite mo sila sa iba’t ibang company.

F – Focus     O – One     C – Course     U – Until     S – Success.

Scenario 1: Henry Sy (Owner of SM malls).

Kapag hindi niya tinuloy yung SM, or paiba iba siya ng ginagawa, sa tingin niyo kaya sisikat ang SM ngayon at yayaman siya? Hindi diba.

Nung nag focus lang siya sa SM, doon niya binuhos lahat ng time at effort niya. Para lang gumanda at sumikat ang SM.

Scenario 2: One group.

May isang grupo sa isang company, madami sila at ang bibilis nila mag invite. Ilang months pa lang sila sa company na iyon. Pero one time, may isang taong nag explain sa kanila ng bagong company. Nabaliw sila at sinama yung buong grupo. Kung kailan nagiging established na ang group nila saka sila lumipat.

Ayun, that time they need to establish their group again. Kasi may mga sumasama, at may mga ayaw sumama. Sana kung tinuloy lang nila sa iisang company, ang dami na sana nila.

- The most important thing in life. Everyone of us have Goals. Lahat ng tao ay may gustong abutin. Why did you joined Network Marketing? Is it because you want to get your Goals? Network Marketing is the best and fastest way to reach your Goals. All you just need is time, and more effort.

How important is your Goal?

- Ito ang nag push sayo na gawin ang isang bagay. Kasi pag hindi mo ginawa itong bagay na to, hindi mo maaabot ang goal mo.

Here’s the trick, combine all of these (From A – F) to reach your Goal. With the right Attitude, Belief in your self, Commitment in your business, resistance in Discouragements, having the right amount Excitement Level, and Focusing in one thing, will make you reach your Goals easier.

 

Now remember, master all what is in this post and i assure you, you will be successful in Network Marketing. Just believe in yourself that you can do it. It’s your Goal, it’s your future, it’s your choice.

Actually bagong sali ako sa network marketing ngayon and medyo naiinip ako kasi until now hindi pa ako nakakapag invite.. But becoz of your blog, nabuhayan ako ng loob..
