"First what do I mean by a System,
A System is simply a step-by-step process
by which someone build his or her business.
Ex.
Step 1. Do this...
Step 2. Do this...
etc... etc...
This Step By Step information should be spelled-out
and available to everyone in your downline organization.
A System should explain
* What action to take,
* What Tools to use at each step and finally
* What's the Reason Why do they need to do each Step. This is to help your
downline understand the complete concept of your System. When your downline understood the System completely, The System will become a part of him
and he will be able to teach it under his organization. Now this is DUPLICATION.
A SYSTEM is important for two main reasons:
FIRST- It will greatly SPEED UP the time
it takes for you to build your group Because by having
a system which outlines exactly what to
do, you wont spend time wondering what
to do next, or waste valuable time using
strategies that dont work.
The Strategies included in you system should
only be the methods and techniques that been tested and produces results.
SECOND - A system is so
important to you Because it ENSURES that all of your downline
will be ABLE TO DUPLICATE your success.

exactly as you (and your sponsorship line) did.
P.S. Please Don't get confused with a Company's compensation plan and a
Team/Upline Leader System. A Company's Complan is simply a way How a
Company will Pay it's Distributor. A System is THE WAY on HOW to get paid,
a Game Plan!
On a sidenote, if the company youre looking
at has a system, but your potential sponsorhip
line doesnt follow it, then your group will forever
be receiving mixed messages and growth will be difficult.
If the company doesnt have a real system
(and most dont), but the sponsorship line does,
then you can achieve success fairly readily.
Of course, the perfect situation is finding both a
company and sponsorship line that follow the same duplicatable system.
